1. Made to Order
All of our items are handmade and made to order, meaning each piece is crafted especially for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival. Please double-check all order details carefully before placing your order.
2. Vintage Fabrics
Many of our pieces are made using vintage fabrics. We’re very selective with the materials we use and give each piece a thorough inspection before cutting and sewing. However, due to the age of these fabrics, small imperfections may occasionally be present — this is part of their charm and uniqueness, and not considered a fault.
3. Sizing & Measurements
Where provided, please pay close attention to the measurements listed for each item and order accordingly. Returns will not be accepted for items that do not fit due to incorrect sizing choices. If you’re unsure on sizing or need help, it’s the customer’s responsibility to contact us before ordering for tailored advice.
4. Shipping
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a notification and it will be shipped within 48 hours. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
5. Quality Guarantee
We take great pride in the quality of our handmade garments. If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a repair or replacement where necessary.
6. Care Instructions
All garments come with specific care instructions (see “Care for Your Crochet”). Please follow these instructions carefully — we can’t be held responsible for damage caused by improper washing or handling.
